Firestone Audio have been on the Australian market for several years now, and in that time they have built up a reputation for smart, compact and affordable audio products.

The main area where they have excelled is in providing DACs and headphone amplifiers and in the last twelve months have released the Fubar IV Plus, which is a DAC and head amp in one compact box.



Now, they have gone all out to provide a top-of-the-line model, but to do so they have had to step away from their traditional form factor, so this new offering is significantly bigger than anything we have seen from them in the past.

Jays are on the way to Australia

Today we had the pleasure of being able to test a fair portion of the range of Jays headphone products. For those who may not have heard of Jays, yet....the company is based in Sweden, and has a significant range of product given that they are new in this market space. We have seen favourable reviews on the headphones on the web over the last year or so, so we were excited to be able to gets our hands on them!

The Audio-Technica ATH-ANC25 QuietPoint Noise-Cancelling On-Ear Headphones block up to 80% of environmental noise and offers outstanding sound quality, comfort and portability.


The headphones feature soft ear pads and a cushioned headband for long-wearing comfort. The detachable cord offers a convenient in-line volume control. Unlike many other noise-cancelling headphones, the ATH-ANC25 audio functions even without batteries or when its noise-cancelling function is turned off.
